Diagnosed with amblyopia at the age of three, I was told I would never see the world in clarity. But when I got my first disposable camera at ten, I discovered that my unique perspective could be powerful. While I couldn’t see like my peers, I could see enough—enough to find beauty in the faces and places around me. What once felt like a limitation became a strength, as my unique perspective allowed me to tell stories through the way I see. Photography became my voice, a way to share my story through the people and moments I capture.
